Brief introduction

The EXG-500B high-temperature combustible gas detector, also known as the high-temperature resistant combustible gas leak alarm, is a fixed, LCD display high-temperature combustible gas detector independently developed for places where combustible gases are generated under high temperature conditions such as high-temperature furnaces and ovens. The product adopts a high-temperature combustible gas sensor imported from Japan. After research and testing, it has been found that it can be used in a high temperature environment of 250 degrees Celsius for one year without any damage, and still performs well in terms of accuracy and stability.

The signal defaults to 4-20mA current output and is compatible with systems such as PCL. 24V power supply, supporting 24-hour online monitoring. The product utilizes current microelectronic processing technology to quickly and accurately detect target gases. The product is designed with the highest level of three defenses for the gas detection industry: anti high concentration overload (with self-protection function), anti personnel misoperation (built-in buttons+can restore factory settings), and lightning protection (third level standard). Inherent safety circuit design, equipped with an aluminum alloy explosion-proof shell, can be safely used even in harsh environments.

The detection principle is that when the target gas enters the gas probe section, the internal sensor will emit a sense of time. Sensors generate certain electrical signals based on the concentration of gas.
